General Terms of Use
– health professionals and users during their intervention on the site undertake to respect the laws and the regulations in force. For this purpose, it is forbidden to publish on the Site contributions whose content would be contrary or likely to be contrary to public order, morality or the laws and regulations in force and, in particular, without this list being limiting, those:

– Comments reproducing private correspondence without the consent of the persons concerned

– Bringing or likely to infringe the right to the image, to the right to the respect of the private life
– Affecting or likely to damage the image or reputation of a brand or a natural or legal person Etc. …
– In general, which would be contrary to Tunisian law

= The administrators of the site will be able to remove discretionarily any contribution contrary to what is prescribed in this Charter, or that they would consider not in conformity with the spirit of exchange and user-friendliness animating the Site and its contents. Thus, under no circumstances can the Company be held responsible for the illegal use of a User’s account if the User has directly or indirectly informed, voluntarily or involuntarily, a third party of his password. In the event of serious breach of any of these commitments, the User, as well as the Healthcare Professional, acknowledge and agree that the Company will have the option to refuse them, unilaterally and without prior notice, the access to all or part of the Site and the Service, and may, where appropriate, be liable to the courts of Tunis.
